For months, I’ve been chasing a ghost in the machine: true character consistency.
Every AI artist knows the frustration. You create a character you love, but getting them to appear in a different scene, with a different expression, is a constant battle. The standard solutions—training LoRAs, wrestling with IP-Adapters, or meticulously setting up ControlNets—are powerful, but they can be time-consuming, inflexible and use up valuble VRAM.
I wanted something better. Something faster. Something that worked directly within ComfyUI using nothing but intelligent prompting and a revolutionary workflow architecture. Imagine that instead of storing your character as a lora.safetensors, which takes up physical space and are limited to a specific model – you instead can save your characters as simple text files that (in theory) works with multiple AI models.
After countless hours of development and testing, I’ve found the solution. I call it the “World Weaver” workflow.
It’s a system that allows for rock-solid character consistency across any scene, any wardrobe, and any lighting, all powered by a unique approach that separates the character’s “DNA” from the world they inhabit.
You don’t need to just take my word for it. Meet Alessia. Every image below was generated with this workflow—no LoRA, no IP-Adapter, no ControlNet.

Independent research like this is self-funded. If this guide saved you hours of troubleshooting, consider fueling the lab.
Support the ProjectAnd the consistency holds up in motion, too.

If you like what you’ve seen so far, you’re going to love what comes next!
Tomorrow, November 1st 2025, I’m going live to pull back the curtain and show you exactly how this entire system works, step-by-step. I’ll be breaking down the logic, the custom nodes, and the prompting strategy that makes it all possible.
Join me for the live premiere:
- When: Saturday, November 1st, at 18:00 CET (10:00 AM PDT, November 2nd 02:00 JST)
- Where: Live on my Kick channel: Creepybits on Kick
If you can’t make the live event, don’t worry. The full recording will be available on my YouTube channel afterward.
- Catch the replay here: Creepybits on YouTube
I hope to see you all live!
